the issues reported here by numerous caring folks from this area may be small and insignificant to others that live here, but if we keep the small stuff taken care of we won't have to deal with anything big. too bad more people don't get involved with the association and the area that they live in to do as we try to do here in Lakewood. those that don't participate in keeping our area clean, free of broken code laws and looking as beautiful as we can, have no right to complain about those that do care and spend endless hours of their time picking up trash and reporting those that just toss it. I thank the city for giving us this tool SeeClickFix to make our jobs easier and to help keep property values going in the right direction. wouldn't it be wonderful if everyone that lived here just took care of a small thing that needed doing. IE: help a neighbor by taking in a garbage can, pick up some litter from someone's yard or off the streets, trim a bush or pick up a palm frond here and there. city can't do it all but the association members here try very hard to do that, now if we can get the rest of our neighbors on board to help and not criticize those of us that do, it would be an outstanding neighborhood, we are close but not there yet.

This is actually an AT&T truck and it was there again this weekend. The question remains whether it's within the rules governing the parking of commercial vehicles in residential areas, in both size and in the percentage of the vehicle covered by the logo. We continue to request a decision regarding whether the local ordinance applies.
