Previously reported, but issue (2044299) was archived as a duplicate of #2042184, which deals with a dead tree and weeds. This issue is an invasive, non-native Brazilian pepper tree which appears to be originating at 1874 Juarez Way S on the city right of way and is encroaching on neighboring property and partially blocking yield sign at Juarez and Anastasia Way S. What owner may claim is a Florida "native" yard has large Brazilian pepper tree(s)--an invasive, non-native weed per the Univ of Florida, which are in the process of going to seed, and are encroaching on the neighbors yard and partially blocking the yield sign at Juarez and Anastasia Way S. Also, there are numerous dead palm fronds with weeds growing among them.
