Last night the structure collapsed and nearly came into the window of the home where my entire family were sitting. Had we been on the porch, like we usually are around that time, we would have been hit by a large 4x6'' support that was swung across the area and took out our folding chairs. The fire department had to respond in order to make the structure as safe as possible to enter and exit the home. Run # 5183284, POC - Chief Alan Rosetti

Landlord has still not come and collected the debris from the debris, not has she sent anyone to repair the home prior to the 06JAN deadline set by code. She now is trying to illegally evict us for nonpayment for the month of january, though the last month's rent paid at the beginning of the lease takes effect. She is also harassing us, threatening and enticing us to fight. She's trying now to charge us 150 per code violation placed on the home that we complained about! Someone in the city needs to investigate this Slumlord, Tonja Blanchard. She is already underway in court cases regarding this same property for malicious activity, and I do not want her around this home, me or my family.
