Place is an absolute joke with obvious biases towards certain tenants. Landscaping and Maintenance is 'included' in Lot Rent, but multiple tenants agree that nothing is really done to warrant said charge. Park floods to dangerous levels on a regular basis, intruding into the homes, risk to health and property. In spite of being gated, theft and illegal activity runs rampant. Stray animals are reproducing and unmanaged within the park. We are constantly being told that 'Nothing can be helped/done,' and its has commonly dismissed as the 'tenants responsibility,' when it falls on the very maintenance we are charged for. Manager was warned on multiple ocassions about my personal grievances, and again were dismissed, tonight arising an issue where personal property was damaged (Vehicle Hydrolocking) due to unremedied flooding, it deemed an 'Act of god that couldnt be helped,' meanwhile flooding has been ongoing for 2 years, and according to tenants here before us, it had been much longer. The flooding has been exaggerated since the repaving of the park, leaving nowhere for water to escape, leaving the 300-400 homes almost inaccessible until waters recede.

The front porch collapsed in December, debris and garbage has not been cleared out since code visited last. Home is in disrepair and needs to be cited, or torn down. She has not made any effort to make repairs by the 06JAN2016 deadline. We have received mail for someone's change of address and are under the impression that they are trying to place the home back on the market or rent while we're still here! Very shady individuals.

Abandoned vehicle on 9th avenue south, westbound, first house on the right, vehicle has been sitting here for 2 years according to neighbors, grass and weeds are growing through the augusta block and into the vehicle, impedes flow of traffic, vehiclea have to climb the median to make turns near it. Please remove it, it's an eyesore and a nuisance. Same property has a wrecked buick renaissance parked in the rear of the property, could be a code issue. Same property keeps dumping loads of furniture on the street, encroaches the sidewalk most of the time and items are full of roaches and pests.

People traveling on 9th avenue coming and going to Martin Luther King Jr roadway use excessive speed through the neighborhood as well as travel on the oncoming side of the median! Everyone has already tried the police route, and noone come and monitors the area, period. There areany kids in this area that play in the medians due to the lack of yard space and have nearly been struck by cars who have no regard for their safety. There needs to be more than one traffic control device (the one speedbump in our neighborhood), or steady monitoring by an LEO using static radar, because this is getting out of hand. Start writing them tickets and get the point across, I would hope that it wouldn't take a child or person (we have deaf individuals on our street) getting hurt before St. Petersburg 'cares.'

9th Avenue South inefficiently illuminated, resulting in increased Neighborhood Theft and potential property crime. Parked vehicles and the center median have been struck upon multiple occasions due to this issue. In addition, multiple residents have been approached on their properties via 9th avenue S by unsavory individuals, residents unable to monitor their surrounding and avoid said contact.
