Update from Sanitation Department: unfortunately we cannot collect a dead animal that is on private property. Please advise the property owner that they will need to place the animal in a secure container (bag or box) and place that inside a City garbage can so that we can retrieve it on their regular collection day. If they would like it collected before the next collection day, they may place the bag or box containing the animal at the curb and call 727-893-7398 to request a pick-up. Thank you.
