Original call went to Building Department on 9/14 - was called into Siemens on 9/15

A caller other than Ms Frazier called and left a voice message this morning at 3/45am - it was reported again to Siemens: WO Number for your Request is 005002625218

Will follow up with supervisor from Seimens
