SWM emailed, they got a call... "...around 3 months ago there was work done at the golf course to clean out a storm drain. It was done by the County so I’m assuming it was Highways. His property was used for access during the work and when the County left they put down seed and straw and said he’d have grass coming up in a couple weeks. It’s been 3 months and there’s no grass and just the straw."
