At the backside of the corner house there is a garage on Melvin Street where their garage is. There is a black garbage can barrel on the side of their fence that is filled to the top with animal waste. This has been an issue for the second year and all you smell in this area is dog poop, they fill the container to summers ago and they didn’t put anything in it. Besides animal poop I have knocked on their door to let them know how bad the area smells and they still have not done anything but put it closer to where no one can see it.
