Major habitual cat hoarder at this property. enforcement has been out many times. nothing happens. she's now moved her feeding behind her gate to her back yard. continuous flow of unaltered cats moving to and from her property at dusk. currently has orange momma cat and 4 babies inside her home, possibly more. she is causing a major problem for neighbors, many of whom love cats, but are tired of seeing the cats she allows to breed and releases to the street. enough is enough. Concern for senior citizen and disabled person residing in property as well.
