  I reached out to Gloucester Housing Authority and was told when they receive these types of complaints they usually send staff to monitor and deal with any observable rodent burrows. I was also told staff clean up any trash observed as well. I will be conducting a site visit of the area to see if there are any signs of rodents. However, GHA should be notified immediately by residents if rodent activity is observed.

  Conducted site inspection on 5/14/24. No burrows observed, bait box observed. Noted tenant accumulation of clutter across the entire complex. Will be providing education materials to the Gloucester Housing Authority to be dispersed to tenants regarding proper maintenance of trash/clutter to prevent rodent activity.
