Code Inspector M. Gonzalez received a See Click Fix complaint #16228071 on 3/22/2024 for a garbage complaint located at 4226 Cedar Bend Dr. Inspector Gonzalez arrived at the property and observed multiple sandbag's stored on the right side of the house that can be viewed from the street in violation of Section: 30-33(a)(2) of Missouri City Code of Ordinance. Pictures were taken of the violations and a Notice of Violation was posted at the front door.

A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 04/04/2024 at 4226 Cedar Bend Dr regarding a garbage violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez observed.
Multiple sandbags that are located right side of the house have not been removed from public view therefore a certified letters will be mailed to the property owner.

A follow up inspection was performed by Inspector M. Gonzalez on 4/22/2024 at 4226 Cedar Bend Dr. regarding a garbage violation. At the time of the inspection, Code Inspector Gonzalez observed all sandbags that were located on the right side of the house have been removed and is no longer in public view. The garbage violation was corrected, and this complaint will be closed in.
