  Officer Ardoin received a See Click Fix complaint #14964386 on 7/27/2023 for a swimming pool, high weeds & grass and mildew complaint located at 1819 Quail Grove Ln. Officer Ardoin arrived at the property and wasn't able to observe any of the complaints because they're located in the rear yard. Tried knocking on the front door, no answer.
  The violation of Section: High weeds & grass 30-33(a), (1) of Missouri City Code of Ordinance and Swimming pool 2015 IPMC Sec. 303.1, Mildew 2015 IPMC Sec. 304.1.

  On 9/1/23 Officer Ardoin conducted a re-inspection for unsanitary pool, high weeds & grass and mildew on a rear wall located at 1819 Quail Grove Ln. Officer Ardoin wasn't able to make personal contact with the property owner to get permission to observe the rear yard for these violations. A final notice will be sent certified to the property owner. Officer Ardoin placed a business card on the front door.
