To whom it may concern? My name is Tommy Mitchell. I live at 4031 Greenbriar. Dr. Missouri City TX 77459. I have a total of three light poles that are out: one right in front of my house, one to the left of my house, and another one to the right of my house. These lights have been out for over three months. It is a safety hazard for us to come out, and it's just that dark on the street. Please help.
