Description

The pool in their backyard has been like this this since March of 2020. A case was opened then, but closed, July of 2023, because of "new owners", but the issue still persists. Not only is it a mosquito breeding ground (which is a health concern), but frogs, toads, and turtles use it as their home, with the occasional duck mistaking it as a pond. The mosquito issue is so bad, that no matter the time of day, it is difficult to go outside without having them following us back inside our home. With each rain, the water level in the pool continues to rise and with Summer approaching soon, I am worried that it will also overflow creating an even bigger issue.

This case need to be reopened, and actions need to be taken.
