This has happened a couple of times to me for items I've reported. Someone says it's fixed and closes the item but in fact it's not fixed. Can someone from the city look into why this was closed and correct why this happens? Or better yet, maybe you could report back to the original person who reported the item and ask for their agreement that the item has been fixed, before closing the item. Once the item is closed you can't respond any longer.
