I previously reported this issue. I was told it was a National Grid underground issue and that the City had reached out to them several times to have it rectified. My ticket was closed out and marked as "resolved" though it's clearly not yet been resolved.

To clarify, it is the street lamp. As of today, one of the light bulbs has gone out.
