I as well reported this today, as I have delivery truck that turned around as they were not able to get in. They will attempt to do it again to borrow, but without ticketing, this type of parking will just continue (same vehicle parks like this daily). Calling the police department to tow it is a minimum 2 to 3 hour turnaround, so hoping some patrolling and ticketing on daily basis would help.

Who does this contractor know in the PD/parking dept's?

A month later this same vehicle is parked at the same location. I am not sure why Traffic Department is refusing to help residents here. First quite a few residents have been reporting intersection few feet away from here due to increased speed on Cardinal Medeiros - no help, even after a large truck plowed through intersection , and slammed into parked vehicles and through the fence stopping few feet from the leveling the house on the corner. Vehicles are blocking entrance/exit to the street as seen from the picture (today, there is another vehicle behind this one also illegally parked for days). Now, this is not a single driveway, but a street with 24 houses, so quite busy. Exiting onto Cardinal Medeiros is a a disaster waiting to happen, close calls all the time, almost impossible with vehicles parked like this. Not sure what needs to happen here, someone to get seriously injured, or die before something is done? What is the hesitation to help us out here, with the Binney intersection, speed on Cardinal Medeiros and illegal parking blocking Lilac Court?
