Still not fixed

Dear User, this type of repair is normally made in the spring. This gives the seed an opportunity to germinate.

Spring is fine. I responded that it was not fixed because seeclickfix sent me an email asking if it was fixed or if we wanted to leave the matter open until it is resolved. One neighbor shoveled the soil out of the street but it still needs to be graded and re-seeded.
