According to the complainant a delivery truck caused damage to the Comcast junction box in the summer of 2020 causing there to be exposed wires; after numerous notifications through the years, finally 10/17/2023 a service call number was issued ECM0004364545.

Thank you for your report. This issue is not under County jurisdiction and must be addressed by the appropriate Utility Company (Verizon, BGE, Comcast, etc). Howard County has submitted a report on your behalf, and the utility has indicated that they will look into the issue. This ticket will be closed in SeeClickFix.
