That house is one of the originals of Wis rapids, WI it is 118 yrs old should be considered a historical site.

Thank you. I live in the area and find that this house is pulling down property values nearby. No one is allowed to occupy the premises on account of extreme disrepair. The occupied unit exists on the property nearby.

The new blue/gray paint is a definite improvement, but the condition of the unpainted trim (particularly window trim) leaves the overall improvement minimal.

Baker Street near the river and courthouse is a historical area of Rapids and in many ways one of the prime thoroughfares by which the state of the city can be judged. Property in this area is important for our community.
