Description

Youth sports play on the fields behind elkridge elementary. The outdoor restrooms at the school are never open during practices and games, and the fields have loads of trash. The games played there on Sunday didn't have any restrooms available, as there aren't even any porta pots at the school of they aren't going to open those outdoor restrooms.
