I issued a ticket to investigate the underlying reason why water consistently flows over this section of Summer Home Terrace. (Issue #11768644) That ticked was declared to be duplicate to this one, but this one is closed, without addressing the cause for the water on the road as I requested.

More needs to be done to fix this problem than spreading salt on the most recent ice patch.

Is it a water main leak? If so, fix it.
Is it a drainage issue? If so, fix it.

Is it something else? Then figure out what it is and fix it.

Spreading salt every time it freezes after you wait until someone complains is going to get someone hurt when they slip on the ice, or when a car slips on the ice into them.

Specifically, look at the spot in the photo. The salt stain sure makes it look like water freezing on the road originates from the round patch in the pavement. The house in the background is 6210 Summer Home Terrace.

It's all iced over again today. I saw the truck putting salt out yesterday however the flowing water washes it away every time.

Still waiting on that response 10 months later. Yes, the road is iced over again.
