the rainy water streams from the neighborhood slope to my backyard because my house is downhill and as you see in the picture the Neighbor in the back of my house ( the farm) is not part of the HOA, and the HOA told me I have 6 feet in my backyard fence belongs to me, so I did trench to make the water running behind my fence and I did Retain Wall after I am done from the work,(the farm )she blocked the water exit and removed the trench and removed the wall.
now I have a problem with the water exit and she removed what I did to solve the problem, I have the picture for the fence before I cleaned it was just wood and trach and poison ivy plants, I need help to return my 6 feet behind my fence and return the trench and the wall. she still has my breaks block in her back yard I paid for everything and she removed
