Brockman between Washtenaw and Stadium is perhaps the roughest road in the entire neighborhood. It is a major thoroughfare given the location between major streets and the middle school. Please consider resurfacing this road in 2024 or sooner. It is a safety hazard for cars and bikers. Thank you.

Thank you for submitting your request for Brockman Blvd. We understand the frustration about this street not being in good condition. Public Works staff have done their best to fill the deeper potholes with patching material. The various cracks and crumbling surfaces can’t be patched and will have to wait until the street is resurfaced.
This street is currently recorded in the City's Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) for utility improvements and resurfacing. The project is anticipated for fiscal year 2028-2029.
