Thank you for your attention to this issue. You are correct about keeping on this, because of the freeze/warming cycle. Please pay close attention when driving to changing pavement conditions as a result of the thaw. I will pass this on to the DPW Superintendent. He will address this as soon as the water line freezing issues are cleared and patching materials are readily available.
