The solid line for the turn lane (coming east on 72 turning right on Balch) at that intersection needs to be repainted too. It's impossible to tell it's a solid line and people stop there to yield when they have their own protected lane, causing a safety hazard. The line is worn down from people illegally crossing over it. Maybe some pylons there would help with both.

Heading south on balch between 4pm-6pm is the worst. Only 3 cars get through the light. There's a line back all the way up too. I put the same ticket in months ago and nothing was done. It needs to be re-timed. Hopefully you can resolve the issue

Agreed. I have also seen it back up badly going south on Balch around 12-1 on Sundays.
