Description

The residents at the Preserve apartment complex are throwing a lot of trash. It is collecting above the retaining wall and blowing down into Second Morning Court. Management has not had this trash cleaned up. There is one apartment that is obviously the guilty party.

A. Glass (a lot of broken glass), food containers, construction debris, stolen shopping carts from Giant

A. Large, Hazardous
