The developer again would not install soi erosion curtains so that the swale between our properties is being filled. The soil from the lot above us is covering our lawn.

When do you think the soil barrier curtain will be installed? All they did is put up about 3' and ignored the rest of the lot. As soon as it rains again, more soil will wash down and fill up the drainage swale that is between our property lines.
