There are 2 sets of lights out at the exit for Oakwood Ave. This is at the Eastbound exit off 565 coming into Hsv from Chapman Mtn. These have been reported several times dated back to 12-8-22. Hsv Utilities has closed every previous ticket stating AL Dot has jurisdiction. I spoke with AL Dot on 6-28-23 & 6-29-23. They stated Hsv utilities have jurisdiction over these street lights. Maybe our city council members will be able to determine WHO will actually get these replaced immediately.
