The street light in front of the Regency Center (where Lincoln turns into Monroe) was not showing green solid lights this morning. (The turn signal showed green, but no solid green lights.) Instead it was just dark when it ostensibly should be green.

It was still pretty clear when to go, so I'm opting to report here instead of to HPD.
