Private property?
Those bushes don’t seem to be on private property and what if they are?
Owner and county don’t care about safety?
Safety comes second at a corner where a lot of drivers don’t even bother stopping for those two stop signs making it more dangerous for anyone coming or going?

You know what is not just my concern but others also regarding the lack of a clear sight line at that corner.
You can’t ask the person to fix it so it’s less dangerous then why bother.

So the home owner at the corner of Durham road west and castle moor knows his two bushes when they bloom block the view of oncoming vehicles at that intersection and his I don't care answer to the county and others is let me plant another bush?
That new bush is definitely within the county's 4' property.
