Approaching the circle from the north (from village center) the circle is not visible until one is upon it. In addition drivers are frequently exceeding the speed limit - 35MPH or more - when they approach. Anyone entering from Farewell is at risk. The signs are not effective. If the county is unwilling to put a speed bump in place at least put one of those giant sewer pipes in the Stevens forest line of sight.

This is not an issue for drivers coming in the other direction as the circle is clearly visible and they are coming uphill.
