Timing of traffic signal at Tamar and Cloudleap ct. In the direction of tamar, the light turns red for no apparent reason (there is no cars or pedestrians present). In the evening, this is resulting in unnecessary back up because only a few cars can get through before it turns red again. Someone mentioned this a while ago but the issue has not been fixed.
