Flooding on 7th Ave., North only between 28th St. and 29th St., North does not flood anywhere else. This has been reported I was told it was fine. It’s obviously a grading issue it’s been happening since the road was repaved.

R. Flooding will last between 3 to 5 days. In the meantime it breeds mosquitoes and if you live in the middle of the block like I do, you have to walk to the end of the block to get to your cars or jump over a 3 foot wide puddle.

R. It is not caused by severe weather. It happens every time it rains it. There is a drain on 29th St., North but obviously it’s not draining or grading toward the drain.
