The sidewalk leading up St. Paul Street towards New Cut Road is in dire need of repair. It's very difficult to traverse with a stroller and the unevenness of the sidewalk has caused my daughter to cry several times when the stroller catches on all the bumps. I can imagine this sidewalk would also be very difficult for anyone with disabilities. The sidewalk is also cracked and broken in many areas.

Thank you for your report - there are no trees in County right of way or water/sewer projects on St. Paul Street at this time.
As such, the provisions of County Code 18.402 obligate the abutting property owner(s) to make any required repairs to keep the sidewalks in good condition.
