Description
This guy who has been living in his car in various locations has now moved over to the southern parking lot at Union Point Park. There is also another person living in their car there and someone has started another floating living space and all the junk (table, bbq, hardware, building junk etc) is kept in the planting areas between the parking lot and the bike/walk path.
