I am reaching out in regard to the above listed address. There is sidewalk damage that is present. From the records of the Homeowners’ association, the sidewalk is county maintained.

No County-responsible repairs were located at this address. Concrete was shaved recently and no further work is required at this time.
No water was present on the sidewalk, though there are small dirt deposits at a handful of locations suggesting short term ponding in portions of the sidewalk where the grass has been allowed to grow higher than the concrete, creating a dam preventing the sidewalk's natural flow.
Suggest cutting a deep edge along the sidewalk where water is noted and maintaining the edge during routine mowing.
Damages to the sidewalks not caused by a tree in County right of way or a County water/sewer project are the responsibility of the abutting property owner or the HOA, as applicable, per County Code 18.402.
