Right of way research was conducted on 8.15.2022 and it was confirmed this property is owned by Howard County. A request has been input to have our crew trim the vegetation. As of 8/24, it appears that a crew has visited the site and cut back approximately 20ft of shrubbery so it's better than it was. However, it's not clear why they didn't continue to mow an additional 20-30 ft to finish the job. Attached photo taken on 8/24 shows pedestrians are still left with a poor choice of walking through high weeds or stepping into the roadway along this stretch. Perhaps another crew is scheduled to come back and complete this work?
