Won’t all that trash eventually end up in our harbor if the owner doesn’t clean it up!

Politically connected Owner is allowed to desecrate his side of harbor all the while operating a blog that scolds others for unkempt properties while ignoring his own.

Why is this mess allowed to be on a dock where it can end up in the harbor?

Why has it taken 1 year?

And consider ships in dry dock being scraped with metal dust and shards going into the harbor. Consider the discarded foam coolers from boaters going into the harbor. What about the tires, boxes, planks, and pilings floating to the edge of Cripple Cove. Much needs to be monitored regardless of the source.
