  This is the Park Overlook HOA, Dan Reese, who will be follow up on the removal of a perfectly healthy tree from our property based upon a dead fallen tree from the Howard County responsible wooded area beside this healthy tree on HOA property. The healthly tree was stuck by the falling dead tree which was blocking the road but in not way was it damaged beyond being saved. Mr. Dan Reese and the Park Overlook HOA, email Parkoverlookmd@gmail.com will be in contact with you all to understand why this tree was cut down in the process of clearing the dead tree which fell from the North Laurel Rec Center wooded area.

  The tree stump(s) have been removed. Your request is being referred to our Street Tree Replacement Program. Street tree replacements occur in the spring or the fall of the year. This helps promote growth of the new tree. The County is governed by the State of Maryland Forestry Division and as such, we have to go by the State approved trees to plant.
