Not sure if this ever got resolved but it was tagged to " community neighbors" and not any particular local agency. Also, if I'm not mistaken I don't believe that area is part of Huntsville which would make it the responsibility of Limestone County and they don't monitor SeeClickFix. If this is still an issue I'd suggest calling 256-233-6681 and reporting it to them. Hope this helps
