Thank you, I will have staff come out and fix if able and make a call if they are not able to. It does appear the second gate does latch so hopefully parents are supervising their children and could catch up to them before getting to the gate. Thanks again!

It's been 2.5 months and this safety concern hasn't been corrected. I fear a small child could walk out into traffic.

This issue has been addressed repeatedly. Hinges are being replaced from wear and tear. These are not safety gates and can easily be pulled shut.
