Coming down (west) Skyline and making a right onto Joaquin Miller Road, there's been for several weeks, mud due to rains that has spilled over onto the road. It's hardened and creates a dangerous area for cars and cyclists. I think the road under the mud is fine. The hardened mud just needs to be scraped away.
