  This traffic intersection is terrible for people running the stop sign in all directions. There should be painted crosswalks and "Traffic must yield to pedestrians by law" bollards. The residents of Lakehurst Residential Hotel and the high amount of pedestrians that use this intersection are at risk from the cars that run the stop signs on Jackson in both directions and on 17th St.
