This underground utility box has been slowly leaking water for several years now. (As evidenced by the weeds and old sandbags.)
There has been a puddle in front of the driveway for months, but the puddle has gotten much larger in recent days.
Recent pipe work on the PG&E lines nearby (see later photo) may have resulted in increased water flow.
There was heavy equipment working on that side of the road last week, including a cement mixer to pour replacement for the sidewalk that was jack hammered away.
I think the underground box has an AMP logo, but too much mud is covering it right now.
All leakage is on the east side of the road, near the condo complex.

I reported it - again - over six weeks ago.
Someone else has just posted another complaint about the same place.
Here is a photo from 3/12/2022.
This is _NOT_ storm water runoff - it is there all year round.
It is a slow leak from a water pipe in the vicinity.
