The neighbor still has not removed or trimmed the palm tree blocking the stop sign. The HOA has talked to them, but it hasnt helped much. Instead, they used a bungee cord to tie it back. A dog was hit and killed when a neighbor ran stop sign in Dec 2013. People run this stop sign every day.
