The traffic lights on Newberry Road between 175 and Moe's east bound are not in sync. It is causing major delays. An ambulance headed to NFRMC was stuck and unable to get through. The ambulance eventually had to go onto the other side of the road heading into oncoming traffic. It took us an hour to go less than a mile because the lights being out of sync causes there to be no where to go when the light is green. There was no traffic at all after I75.
