Thank you for your concern, this issue has been received by our department. We will look into this issue further and resolve it accordingly.

Your people were on site Oct. 8 to take down the tree but could not due to equipment inadequacies. They told me it would be #1 priority when the City's contractor next came to do work in the City. It has been a week since and the issue has not been dealt with. I am afraid that the tree will come down of it's own when either a strong wind occurs or a heavy truck goes by. The crack in the base of the tree seems to be getting wider as time goes by.
