The address is attached to this service request. The tires are in the same place, only this time they blocked public street entirely. There is no more passage on Brook Street between Bates and Center Street, I opened this ticket knowing that it wouldn’t be resolved. This is to demonstrate the courts that the city and your particular agency are willfully negligent and does not enforce NJSA and municipal statutes. You are not doing me any favors.

Thank You for your comment and providing street names. The only other address we had before was New Jersey Turnpike as the address. Based on your new information, The address is 30 Center St.
