22 cars are parked on sidewalk blocking pedestrian traffic on both Sides of Brooks street (red arrows). Motorhome RV running engine 24/7 parked on a city street (blue arrow). Abandoned cars full of combustible materials with no registration or license plate (Orange arrows).

This is to keep track of inaction by Perking Enforcement Department and JCFD Fire prevention unit. The house next to pink tent was set on fire due to negligence on the part Mike Mecca tenants and lack of enforcement in 2018.

Boss Construction LLC operates illegal solid waste disposal facility at 1 Colgate Street. On December 28, they recieved 3 truck-loads of potentially hazardous solid waste and mixed it with demolition rubbish.

Please note that Boss Construction LLC is registered as Home Improvement contructor License #13VH10284400 abd can not operate as a solid waste disposal facility. None of their truck has DEP permits. This create a very dangerous situation for resedential homes on this block. We have at least 8 children living within 30 feet of this ongoing environmental disaster. The first comment to this issue will be YouTube video that contains depiction of the events, actors, and license plates of vehicles.

A semi-truck is parked on public sidewalk forcing pedestrian traffic onto a public sidewalk. Before you’d suggest to use WOTS application, I am attaching screenshot of the issue with I have opened 1 week ago.

Jersey City statues explicitly require a position of Department of Parking director and the agency who is responsible to enforcing City Statues and N.J.S.A. Since the director is unable to facilitate the enforcement I ask Mayor Fulop to immediately suspend the director and appoint a new director.

Hello City, we have an ongoing problem with car dumping to our streets around Old Colony Plaza. 4 notorious car repair shops store close to a hundred vehicles between Montgomery and Grand street, Colgate and Center, on parking lot under NJ turnpike. Many of those cars parked on public sidewalk forcing pedestrian traffic to public road. Dozens are parked within road intersection and in no-parking anytime zone. Colden Street is permanently closed for car traffic by detailing shop at the corner.

This week we have new development. We have noticed that dozens identical vehicles (brand new) with fake license plate are dumped on Bright Street. They don’t mind receiving tickets because they don’t have to pay them anyway. The city has to enforce the law here.
